Discover a new world Oxford and Cherwell Valley College provides a huge range of subject options and different methods of study. Over a thousand courses start all the year round, including day, evening and Open Learning courses. Several courses have times designed to complement your lifestyle and commitments so that you can fit your study around your current obligations. Vocational courses cover areas including business, information technology, travel, sport, catering, healthcare, hair and beauty therapy, construction, engineering, motor vehicles, design, media, performing arts and music. We offer you the opportunity to increase your earning power through additional qualifications, with hundreds of our students gaining new skills in order to change careers. |

Now is the time Seize the opportunity to learn to do things that have always interested you or to develop new interests. We offer courses in silversmithing, pottery, sculpture, stained glass, painting and drawing and other crafts. Many of our tutors are nationally renowned for their professional expertise and knowledge. You can also learn about cookery, floristry and interior design as well as creative writing and model engineering. There are courses in personal skills such as public speaking, assertiveness and life coaching skills. If you are interested in keeping fit and relaxation then have a look at our courses in tai chi, yoga, pilates and dancing. We also offer British Sign Language at Levels 1 and 2 and will soon offer the Level 3. Access courses are also available to enable people to return to study and prepare for university. Our courses aren’t expensive yet they can empower you to develop more skills, change your career or to simply focus on a more fulfilling future. At OCVC, we have Community Education programmes in a wide array of subjects allowing you to enjoy the pleasure of studying alongside groups of like-minded people whilst expanding your horizons. The majority of our courses enrol on a termly basis with students paying for tuition fees and occasional additional materials, where necessary. Our vast selection of courses is by no means limitless.
