Why choose Oxford & Cherwell Valley College School of Management? The School of Management offers a broad portfolio of professional courses and extensive career resources available to students across both campuses, Oxford and Banbury. What does the school offer? The School offers courses in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Personal Development and Professional & Legal Studies. Currently these courses are delivered at Level 4 and above including M level. In addition the school also offers in-house/in-company short courses which are made to measure according to the clients requirements. These courses can cover Personnel Development, Management Development, Recruitment, HR and Training and Finance Forward moving? The future of the School will have an increasing focus on Higher Educational provision. By 2007 the delivery of a Foundation Degree in Management (in association with Oxford Brookes – subject to validation) will be in place. Short courses in association with Coventry University are already being advertised. Some of these courses are the CMI Certificate in Management, Business Development, Change & Project Management, Business over the Internet, Business Writing and Managing Stress. The School is keen to engage in International Post degree provision and is currently negotiating with a number of European universities to deliver short summer break courses in Oxford in addition to pre-masters courses with UK universities. As expected the School offers progression routes through professional bodies such as CIPD, ILEX, CIM and AAT to name a few. |
