The Latest in Learning Technology

The Learning Centres

The College Learning Centres are located on all four campuses. These facilities are designed to act as a central point for students, to access all the learning resources they need to support their studies. The comfortable, open-plan facilities contain books, videos, CD-Roms, newspapers and magazines as well as computers with high-speed internet access. Space is available for private study and collaborative work.

Learning Resources

Computer Access

The Learning Centres provide access to high-speed computer networks, with workstations available for individual use. You can work with the latest versions of commercial software such as the Office suite, Project, Publisher and other valuable programmes.
Dedicated internet machines are available for study, research and college email.
Resource technicians provide help with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics software and assignment work.

The Language Centres

There are drop in Language Centres on the Oxford and Banbury campuses for students who want to update an existing language or learn a new language for business or pleasure. They are suitable for those who cannot attend a timetabled language course and those wanting to learn at their own pace. They also have a wide range of materials for international students requiring English practice.
