Staff Development at OCVC

The Staff Development and Teacher Training Team undertake the following activities for the benefit of all staff and have a rolling programme of training events throughout the year:

• Learning and Development fortnight in July
• Whole college development days (3 per year)
• Mentoring for new academic staff
